Project Description
PLA Silk MultiColour is a unique series of filaments based on PLA Silk. Each colour version has refined smooth tonal transitions that complement each other harmoniously.
The PLA Silk MultiColour filaments have between 2 and 4 colour transitions per cycle.
In addition to its unique appearance, the Multicolour Silk series is also characterised by its simplicity in printing. It prints on the same settings as classic PLA (nozzle temperature of approx. 215°C), does not require a closed chamber and the interlayer adhesion is excellent. This filament will be an ideal choice to start your 3D printing adventure. The colour transitions seen on the print are dependent on the size of the model and the density of the fill.
Colour variants available:
PLA Rainbow Silk Fire by Rosa3D is a multicoloured filament in fiery shades: deep red, luminous orange, yellow and golden tones. It has a glossy finish, reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds almost 5 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 170g.
Rosa3D's Multicolour Silk Pacific is a multicolour filament in shades of navy blue, luminous steel blue and silver. It has a glossy finish, reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds almost 5 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 170g.
PLA Multicolour Silk Moon by Rosa3D is a multicolour filament in shades of navy black, graphite and lunar steel. It has a glossy finish, reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds almost 7 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 120g.
PLA Multicolour Silk Jungle by Rosa3D is a multicolour filament in shades of luscious green and cheerful Brazilian yellow. It has a glossy finish, reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds almost 5 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 170g.
PLA Multicolour Silk Frozen by Rosa3D is a multicolour filament with a colour of soft arctic blue brightened with ice and frost. It has a glossy finish, reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds almost 7 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 120g.
PLA Multicolour Silk Flower filament is a multicolour filament in shades of pink and subtle purple. PLA Multicolour Silk Flower has a glossy finish, so it reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds almost 5 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 170g.
PLA Multicolour Silk Candy Filament. Each spool contains a multicolour filament in shades of soft pink, blue and satin white. PLA Multicolour Silk Candy has a glossy finish, so it reflects light beautifully and adds a visual softness to prints. One 800g net spool holds over 5 full colour cycles. 1 colour cycle is 150g.
PLEASE NOTE: The frequency and order of colour transitions is fixed for a given production run. Therefore, a single spool may start from any point in the process, e.g. one spool may start with gold and another with green. Differences in shades are permissible.

HOW TO PRINT
HOW TO PRINT
Recommended printing temperature 195-225°C.
Recommended table temperature: 40-60°C.
The filament can be printed on unheated tables. In case of problems with adhesion, we recommend the use of an adhesive.
