Project Description

The R series of materials is an expression of our care for the environment and making 3D printing as nature-friendly as possible. Following the ZeroWaste principle - we precisely collect and sort our production waste to give it new life. The shredded waste is then subjected to blending, drying, refining and re-extrusion. The result of these procedures is a high-quality R-Filament that is free of contamination and easy to print.

R-PCTG features high impact strength, heat resistance (up to 76°C) and clarity of finished prints. It does not require a heated chamber - R-PCTG is the ideal choice for users of open hobby printers. It features high flexibility, strong interlayer adhesion, high viscosity and minimal shrinkage, making it easy to use, even for novice 3D printing enthusiasts.

Production batches of R-PCTG can vary in colour intensity from dark grey through graphite to anthracite black.
