The R series of materials is an expression of our care for the environment and making 3D printing as nature-friendly as possible. Following the ZeroWaste principle - we precisely collect and sort our product waste to give it new life. The shredded waste is then subjected to blending, drying, refining and re-extrusion. The result of these procedures is a high-quality R-Filament that is free of contamination and easy to print. R-PLA is characterised by ease of printing, good interlayer adhesion and low shrinkage - similar to PLA from raw material. Production batches of R-PLA can vary in colour intensity from dark grey through graphite to anthracite black.
